PRC releases its program for the July 31 Appraiser's Exam
Kudos, PRC!
Because today's (June 25) seminar was cancelled (blame it on that "angry bird"), we kept ourselves busy by sending out as many additional reference materials as we can to our dear CRES Appraisal Batch 1 and 2 students.
On top of our list is the Program for the Appraiser's Licensure Exam on July 31, 2011. It has been running at the then-Downloadables section of the PRC website for almost 2 weeks already. Lately, their website was not accessible, I thought it was poor internet connection or firewall-ing. Turns out they have upgraded their site- simpler and more user-friendly. I should have taken a screen cap of the former layout, so I can make a before-and-after comparison.
Anyhow, here's how the PRC website looks like NOW:
Neat, huh?
The best part is, the DOWNLOADS portion now lets you download documents as PDF FILE that you can save AND share! As a matter of fact, I quickly disseminated the file to everyone in our Appraisal CRES directory. GOOD JOB PRC!
MOVING FORWARD......It's crucial to highlight the two most important information stated in the program: SCHEDULE and SUBJECTS.
SCHEDULE:
7:00-7:45am - General Filling of Information
8:00-12:00noon - Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal (50%)
1:00pm-5:00pm - Practical Appraisal Practices
SUBJECTS:
