I need to register to PRC..Where do I begin?
Here's a helpful step-by-step process that you can copy and print, so that your registration at PRC will be a breeze.
Take note that this applies to registration WITHOUT examination.
- Fill-up the application for Registration without Examination together with the Permanent examination and Registration Record Card.
Documents Needed:
A.) Original and Photocopy: duly notarized Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Certificate of Attendance (original to be surrendered)
B.) Original and Photocopy: Valid Passport ID or NSO Certificate of Live Birth
C.) Original and Photocopy: Real Estate License Certificate (DTI issued)
D.) Original and Photocopy: NBI Clearance (original to be surrendered)
E.) Original and Photocopy: updated Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
F.) Original and Photocopy: Surety Bond policy (original to be surrendered)
NOTE:
OBLIGEE FOR BROKER'S SURETY BOND POLICY: PRC/HLURB
OBLIGEE FOR APPRAISER'S SURETY BOND POLICY: PRC ONLY
For renewal of consultant's licenses, no need for surety bond.
2. Go to the 3rd flr. Window 1 0r 2. For the checking of the above Documents.
3. Proceed to the ground flr. For the Metered Documentary Stamp (21 pesos Payment).
4. After that Proceed to the 2nd Flr. For the PRC Administering Officer your Application form will be notarized and paid for 50 pesos only.
5. Proceed to the Window H ground flr. For the verification of the Examination Record they will be recorded the Rating conducted by the DTI.
6. Proceed to the Cashier for the Payments( 900.00 pesos)
7. Finally, Proceed to the 3rd flr. For the 2nd time to submit all the documents and you will be given the receipt at the same time advised you what will be the next.
