Our 200th follower: Raffy dela Rosa
The family behind CES Academy would like to take this opportunity to thank all our students, followers and everyone else who are continually patronizing our real estate education services for the past six years. Your loyalty is our priority, that is why at this time and age where everything is "ON" line, we make sure you do not forget us by making sure we are visible and trending inside the social networking scene.
We started with a Facebook fanpage last February 2011, and in less than four months, we are lucky to have gathered more than 200 trustworthy followers: mostly our former and present students, some our hopefully new recruits :).
We promised to feature the 200th person to like our page, and luckily, that person was kind enough to agree on answering some questions from us for this blog post.

For the past twelve years, he has been freelancing on brokering different classifications of properties. If you are into commercial leasing particularly for call center sites and multinational companies, make sure you do business with him as this is his specialty dish.
When not working, he is a full time husband and a doting father to a very handsome son...
He attended our CPE seminar last February 4,5 and 6, 2011 at the CES Academy Training Center at Cityland Tower, Makati.
