The year 2014, for us real estate practitioners, means the beginning of a neverending renewal of our PRC licenses. As brokers, appraisers, and consultants, it is our duty to renew our IDs every three years, just like most of the government licenses.
Being in the real estate practice, we are known for having such hectic schedules, with all these meetings, trippings, presentations, and field works, and so the mere securing of requirements and documents, moreso the physical application of our license renewal may hugely take up too much of our precious time.
Nevertheless, we know (and we must!) the importance of renewing our licenses, as this is the symbol of legitimacy and professionalism, and NOW, CES Academy is happy to share with you that we have found a solution for our colleagues in the industry... through our E.A.S.E. Program!

- Preparation of all necessary documentary requirements for PRC license renewal, including the following:
- Enrollment fee in a 45-unit/hour CPD seminar, with notarized certificates
- Application and issuance of Surety Bond
- Application and claiming of PhilRES Certificate of Membership in Good Standing (C-MIGS)
- Preparation and notarization of a Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
- Passport-size and 1x1 photos
- Representative submission and application for renewal of license at PRC, on behalf of the licensed practitioner:
- Includes renewal fee for license/s, processing, purchase of documentary stamp, notarization requirements
- Includes miscellaneous expenses (photocopying, transportation, etc.)
- Return of original and photocopy documents with the renewed licenses via LBC delivery
ON-THE-DAY PROCESSING @ P3,000++
- Applicant surrenders COMPLETE documents:
- Notarized CPD certificates
- Surety Bond
- PhilRES C-MIGS
- Passport-sized and 1x1 photos
- Fee includes:
- Renewal fee
- Miscellaneous expenses (photocopying, transportation, notary, documentary stamp, etc.)
- LBC delivery of original documents with the renewed licenses
Requirements needed & Documents to sign:
- Original PRC ID/s
- Original government ID
- PRC Certificate of Registration (per license)
- Filled-up CES Academy Renewal Form (with waiver, acceptance of papers)
- Filled-up PhilRES Membership Form (indicate chosen chapter)
- Signed surety bond application form
- Signed claim stub
- Signed SPA
*We will not accept and process INCOMPLETE documents.
*Target delivery of NEW licenses is AT LEAST 2 working weeks after submission of complete documents.
*A monthly cut-off and release date will be imposed.
