CRES APPRAISAL PACKAGE 1: "SEMINAR ONLY PROGRAM"
P10,000.00, net of tax, you will get:

• 60 hours face-to-face seminar (classroom lecture and mock examinations)
• Notarized certificate for the 60 hours comprehensive real estate seminar (PRC-accredited)
• Comprehensive manuals to be delivered via LBC
• Additional reference materials to be sent via email
• ONE DAY FREE GENERAL REVIEW (2 weeks before the appraiser's exam on July 8) - food not included
• All meals for the 6 days (AM and PM snacks, lunch with drinks; free flowing water, tea and coffee)
• Dates: May 11,12,13,18,19,20, 2012 (Fridays-Sundays)
  
• Time: 8 am - 7pm

• Note: You can combine this certificate to a 60-hour certification of actual work experience/training from an appraisal/valuation company or public office (e.g. Assessor's Office)

CRES APPRAISAL PACKAGE 2: "SEMINAR + OJT PROGRAM"
P15,000.00, net of tax, you will get:

• 90 hours face-to-face seminar (classroom lecture and mock examinations)
• Notarized certificate for the 90 hours comprehensive real estate seminar (PRC-accredited)
• Comprehensive manuals to be delivered via LBC
• Additional reference materials to be sent via email
• ONE DAY FREE GENERAL REVIEW (2 weeks before the appraiser's exam on July 8)- food not included
• All meals for the 9 days (AM and PM snacks, lunch with drinks; free flowing water, tea and coffee)
• Dates: May 11,12,13,18,19,20,25,26,27, 2012 (Fridays-Sundays)

• 30 hours on-the-job training at CESSON Appraisal Corporation
• First day (8 hours) classroom orientation by KC Anne Santos, General Manager (venue and date depends on number of trainees)
• Remaining 22 hours to be completed on your own, with prior scheduling and coordination to CES Academy and CESSON Appraisal; Mondays to Thursdays only, anytime between 9am to 6pm. Office address is 2nd floor Azarcon Building, Bugallon Street, Marikina Heights, Marikina City.
• Must bring your own laptop for computer and wifi access.

• 120 hours face-to-face seminar (combination of classroom lecture and rigorous review and mock examinations)

• Mock examinations (combination of exclusive materials by CES Academy, and compilation of past DTI exams)
