2016 Brokers Licensure Exam: Your Chance Isn't Over Yet!

Yes.. you heard it right! THERE WILL BE ANOTHER BROKERS' LICENSURE EXAM THIS COMING 2016!

The exam that took on last May 2015 was believed to be the last for non-graduates of the BS Real Estate Management. However, in the oath taking ceremony for successful board-passers, PRBRES Chairman Eduardo Ong announced the good news that boosted spirits among aspiring real estate broker professionals. And so the Board has decided, for those who did not make it in the May 24 examination, to give the flunkers a second chance. So with the permission of the Commission, we might give it (in) the first quarter of 2016. And that is to show that our industry and the real estate service profession is a very robust profession, that we want everybody to be on board. More hearsay are being circulated, that the exam happening on the first quarter next year (probably February 2016) won't be just a second chance for unsuccessful exam-takers of the May 2015 licensure, but also for first-timer examinees! 

Whether it's a rumor, an issue being still debated by the Commission or simply a final fact, what we all need to take note, is there will be one more Brokers' exam happening next year for non-BS REM graduates!
