So, What are the steps and requirements needed to be licensed real estate broker?

To qualify, one must be a college graduate of any four (4) year course, a Filipino citizen, and with good moral standing. He/She should take a 120-hr Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review from a PRC-Accredited CRES provider (a standard requirement before taking the exam).

According to PRC, 2015 will be the final year that the 120-hr Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review will be mandatory. Afterwhich, RESA LAW will be in full swing. Being a real estate broker will not only provide you additional income in terms of leasing/selling real estate properties but also will provide awareness in handling your assets or estates, how to maximize your idle properties and other real estate related dealings.
