As our advocacy to uplift the standards of engagements of the salespersons and push excellence in their practices, we are introducing our very first Real Estate Seminar for Salespersons: a Continuing Professional Development (12units) which will propel their careers to a whole new ground. Set on January 21 and 22, 2015 for our first of the series of these seminars. Some of the basic and in-demand topics to be discussed are as follows:

This is your chance to be a legitimate (non-colorum) real estate practitioner! As part of professionalizing the real estate industry, the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) has set that all real estate salespersons are required to take a 12-hour/units real estate seminar with a PRC accredited Real Estate Seminar provider based on the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (RESA LAW or RA 9646) to be able to represent, sell, engage and deal in behalf of a developer under a duly licensed broker.
There is no need for a salesperson to take any licensure exam like the ones for brokers, appraisers and consultants.

City Municipal)
4. Code of Ethics (most integral part in real estate practice)
