Want to (re)take the broker's exam this March? We've Got Something For You!
Two broker's exams have gone by, and either you missed out on taking them, or you unfortunately did not make it.
Your budding real estate career should not be put on hold just because of that. There is another Broker's Licensure Exam, and YOU MUST NOT MISS THIS ONE!
THE THING IS: there is no promise that the OPPORTUNITY and PRIVILEGE of taking the exam with only a college degree as a qualification will stay on forever... who knows if this will be the last exam?
The law (RA 9646) says that "a holder of any bachelor's degree from a state university, college or other CHED- accredited educational institutions, who completed a 120hour seminar from an accredited service provider, can qualify for the broker's licensure exam; provided, that as soon as a course leading to Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Service (BS REM) is implemented, the Board shall make such course the requirement for taking the board exam."
Is there a BS REM course already? Yes, in fact there is. The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) approved on October 25, 2011 the BS Real Estate Management course - a four-year bachelor's degree.
Now we understand THE OPPORTUNITY is becoming more and more LIMITED.
Since you already had a previous 60-hour seminar certificate from 2012, you can just attend 60 hours of our BATCH 8. Combine the two certificates, and you have your 120-hour program to qualify for the exam!
Choose between Batch 8A (January class) or Batch 8B (February class). Fee is only P10,000!
HERE'S MORE: If you are a former student of CES Academy* we'll further take P1,000 off on your seminar fee! That's P9,000 for a 60-hour seminar for you!
The question is: "Should I still (re)take the exam?"
The answer, of course, is: YOU SHOULD!
