Thank you to Ayala Land for sending us this information.

AUTHOR'S NOTES:

The Broker OJT Program is an ALTERNATIVE OPTION in gaining 60 hours for the broker exam's 120-hour CRESAT requirement. To know more on how you can complete your 120 hours, click here

This is NOT an assurance that you will pass the exam. Studying is still the BEST solution.

Several times, we mention in our lectures that, while having work experience gives you more edge among others, it contributes minimally in your chances of passing a PRC-administered board examination.

WHY? Because a PRC Board Examination is very theory-based; with or without experience, what matters is how much you have read, studied and retained in your seminars. As a matter of fact, the TOP 1 in the March 2011 Broker's Examination is an Intermed Graduate - very far from the real estate profession, right?

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? If you really want to pursue a real estate career but only has enough budget to enroll in a 60-hour seminar, grab this opportunity of a free Broker OJT Program. Then, exert extra effort in reviewing your notes and manuals.

However, if you have the means anyway, and you have ZERO experience, take a full 120-hour program, or a 60-hour program twice instead.
